Banila Co. Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm

I have oily skin so whenever I encounter a beauty product whicha mainly contains oil, I tend to ignore it not unless I know that its a non-greasy hair oil or something similar. Then I heard so many raves about a Banila Co. Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm when the brand arrived here in the Philippines. So, a cleansing oil. The solid balm is sorbet-soft but kindly oily in texture but since my beauty blogger friends are raving about it, I finally gave it a try.

Php 875
It comes with a spatula so it’s easy to scoop out and and it removes almost all waterproof makeup without stripping your face of its natural oils.
How to use: Simply scoop out the product using the spatula and gently massage it all over your face and neck. As you massage the product onto your skin, you’d feel that it slowly melts, effortlessly dissolves makeup and casts out impurities. After that, rinse thoroughly using lukewarm water. Next step would be washing your face with your favorite facial cleanser or simply wipe it off with tissue.

Ingredients: Main ingredient is mineral oil. It is actually an amazing cleansing ingredient, especially for those who are prone to blackheads but some people just do not prefer products with this content. It also has papaya extract to exfoliate dead skin cells and Viatamin C in acerola extract which helps brighten skin’s complexion.
Keep in mind that this product has a light, clean, citrus fragrance. It’s not too overpowering but if you are sensitive to any scented product, I don’t recommend this to you.
Quick and easy makeup remover. No wonder why it was rated the Best Cleansing Balm in Get It Beauty’s Blind Test. The best thing about this cleanser? It doesn’t leave behind a greasy residue.
I also got a similar balm from Tony Moly months ago but I haven’t used it because I thought I would feel uncomfortable with it. I might gave it a try this weekend and see which product is better.
Banila Co. is available at 2/F Glorietta 4. For more information, please visit http://global.banilaco.com and follow its Instagram at @banilacoph and Facebook at www.facebook.com/BanilaCoPhilippines.

  2. Thanks for inviting me to this giveaway Ms. Carriza. As a heavy makeup user, I think I really need to have one of this baby! I have heard a lot of good feedback and recommendations from Banila Co. products but I haven't had the chance to try any of them because just like you I tend to ignore products that contains oil in it. But, upon reading your review, it is as if I've already tried the product (haha, I even imagined smelling its citrus fragrance). I sure hope to win this from you, so that I myself can personally try it and share the good news to my friends. I know they will also love this because who wouldn't want a clean and healthy face after removing your second skin! I think that through this product I'd be able to sleep without worrying if there is leftover makeup on my face.
    Happy Holidays Ms. Carizza 🙂
