Last December 19, 2012, me and my boyfriend were invited to Dr. Martens media gathering where they showcased their new Aggy products. Agyness Deyn, the Lancashire top model recently turned actress, is now adding ‘designer’ to her CV, with a limited-edition collaborative collection for heritage shoe brand Dr. Martens on the way.
The Agyness Deyn for Dr. Martens collection brings together two British icons. World-renowned model and style innovator, Agyness Deyn perfectly embodies Dr. Martens ethos of creative self-expression, using her very British desire to be different.

Incorporating clothing, footwear and accessories, the capsule collection will be available in the Philippines on the 20th of December 2012. Taking inspiration from both the brand and Aggy’s own personal heritage, the pieces have been influenced by popular cultural references from music, film, TV and style. Agyness worked closely with the Dr. Martens creative team, designing pieces that merge a grunge aesthetic with modern styling, quality prints, and bright colour pops.
