I noticed I haven’t shared a lot about my boyfriend here in my blog. Yes, we’re not cheesy like that and we prefer keeping our stories to the two of us. Very private, huh? Haha. He is usually part of my photo diaries and lookbook posts but you rarely see him in my blog because he always work behind the lens. I just realized it’ll be great to share a little about us once in a while.
For six years and counting, he continues to spoil me – not with flowers and chocolates – but with dolls, clothes, shoes and more shoes! When I have a shoot, he’d make sure that I have all the things that I need and sometimes, he’d insist we buy so that I’ll have brand new stuff with me. In short, it’s a never ending spoiling process.
When he visits me at home, I usually get a free laptop cleaning or sometimes pasalubong – which is really my favorite! Or when I feel tired or exhausted, he would give me a hand/foot massage and he would brush my hair too! Through thick and thin, happy and haggard moments, we are always together and we roll life as a team. That’s why we call each other “mbal”, short for kambal (twins). The world is too big but I found my other half. Lucky me, right?
Last month, we had an out of the country trip, and you know what he first reminded me to bring? My Biogesic tablets! Just to be sure that I won’t suffer from headache or fever during our vacation. He even bought a medicine travel case for it. ๐
Those are just some of the little things he do that I really appreciate. Do you have someone close to your heart who takes care of you the same way?
