The long wait is finally over. I know you girls have been waiting for this day to arrive until your necks have grown long even. Hehe. Holika Holika is now here in the Philippines! Weee~~
Together with other beauty bloggers, we hopped all the way to SM Fairview to witness the opening of their first store here in the country. Unlike the usual cutey cute Korean cosmetics, the brand’s theme is mystic and whimsy. It is something magical and enchanting that made us all felt like fairies!

Here’s the president of Holika Holika Philippines, Ms. Belle Ting-Valentino, who gave us a warm welcome and a brief introduction about the brand.
Holika Holika uses a butterfly as a symbol which means metamorphosis as they transform every woman into a beautiful and elegant lady. Many would wonder why it is called Holika Holika. It is actually derived from the English suffix “-holic” meaning addiction and Korean word “holida” which means temptation.
After the store blessings, we hurried inside the store to try their products. We felt giddy as we were the firsts to open the testers. Haha. I was so curious about Aqua Petit Jelly BB Cream and CC Creams and finally now I’ve tested them. Aqua Petit Jelly gives a dewy natural effect while their CC Cream gives a light coverage that corrects skin tone.
This Face 2 Change Color Control Cream with SPF 32 / PA++ is only Php 855. I just noticed their products are priced fairly, almost similar to Korea’s.
I’ve discovered an awesome product here.. It’s the Milky Veil Pore Cover BB Cream! I love the smooth coverage it gives plus it has SPF 30 too! My oh my, that should be included on my HG list!
Want a pearly porcelain finish? Try this Luminous Silk BB Cream. It has SPF 43 + whitening + anti-wrinkle too!
