I bought a new eyeliner. This time I wanted to try blue so I tried Holika Holika Jewel-Light Waterproof Eyeliner 03!
At first, I can’t decide whether I stick with the liquid type (which I use for years), or use a different one like a gel or pencil. Since I find pencils easier to use, I ended up purchasing this item.

This eyeliner pencil is not retractable and the bottom part has no use. Just like me, some of you might get confused on how to sharpen this product as the pencil is made of plastic but actually, it is possible with the use of an eyeliner sharpener! It’s easy to sharpen up! A regular pencil sharpener may also work. Just make sure to use a new one for hygienic purposes.
Easy to glide however, be extra careful in application as the texture is very creamy to the point that it could break easily.
It has a long-lasting waterproof formula that stays on your eyes without smudging through sweat or sebum. I tried to rub it hard from my arm and this is how it looked like when I gave up.
This eyeliner contains iridescent shimmer and glitter that highlight and define the eyes.
My eyelids are oily but the product lasts about 8 hours with slight smudges. For longer wear and avoid smudges, you may use an eye primer.
