Visited the newly opened Toni & Guy at SM Aura last Tuesday to learn the latest hair trends during their HairMeetWardrobe workshop – Creative, Classic, Casual, and Glamour. All these are specially formulated to bring out an individual’s personal sense of style.

Talented team of stylists and technicians gave us expert advice and created hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles. The team was leaded by Cherry Reyes, owner and creative director of Toni & Guy. She also demonstrated every woman’s all time favorite – the Glamour hairstyle!

Because of my straight hair. the Classic look was perfect for me. During the workshop, I have learned that I can actually achieve this look on my own in less than 20 minutes!

For my hair, senior stylist Junar Muncada spritzed some Toni & Guy Prep Heat Protection Mist to help protect hair against damage and breakage caused from heat styling and to condition hair for a softer, smoother finish.

After the mist, Junar started blow drying my hair with the help of a paddle brush. Learned new tricks using these hair styling tools!
He also taught me the classic trick to tie hair. He pulled some hair from the ponytail, wrapped it around the hair tie and secured it with bobby pins. To control frizz and flyaways and ultra smooth shine, a small amount of Shine Gloss Serum was also applied on my hair. And here’s the final look:
