Last Sunday, I attended Heroine Make event to witness Miss Sayuri Igarashi, a renowned make up artist from Japan, as she introduces the latest in eye make-up application techniques and the new Jewelry Eye Color from Heroin Make.
Nice to see you again Princess Elisabeth Himeko!
The highlight of the intimate event was the tutorial and make-up demo conducted by make-up artist and beauty consultant from Japan Sayuri Igarashi. Miss Igarashi has had more than 25 years of experience in Japan, Europe and in Asia where she currently serves as the make-up artist of KISS ME Heroine Make.
Miss Igarashi said: “I am truly happy to have had the chance to do make-up for a number of Filipinas during the event. Filipinas as you know, are known the world-over to have beautiful, healthy skin which is in fact the best canvass for make-up.”
She picked two volunteers to be her model for the demo. For the first tutorial, the natural makeup look, she picked Wendy of
Animetric.
She also said that the products of KISS ME Heroine Make are perfect for the Asian skin and weather where the demand for “all-weather” make-up that withstands the rigors of heat, humidity, rain and sweat are ever increasing.
Then for the eye makeup, she picked Eya of
Eyahnism. She applied the new
Jewelry Eye Color on her eyes and we all love the effect!
“The Jewelry Eye Color make-up that comes in four special variants: Yellow Sapphire, Beige Gold, Pink Amethyst, and Rose Garnet; is super long lasting, water proof, tear proof, sweat proof and smudge proof, perfect for the busy and active Filipina,” Igarashi adds.
I think I like the first and second palette. I can wear those colors for casual and special events!
After the demo, we got a chance to try out the products too. But first…
I always use Heroine Make Mineral BB Cream with SPF34 but I haven’t tried the one with better sunscreen protection. Must add this on my list!
I like this palette since the product name is the title of a popular Japanese song by AKB48!
Happy time with some beauty bloggers as well. Say hi to Hannah and Chai!
Glad that Miss Igarashi still remembers me! I’m the forever Ayu fan~
