This passion fruit cake topped with lychee cream is an oasis getaway! The goal was to make it “leaning” to replicate the seismic sea waves effect. We sculpted our cake meticulously and finished it off with pearl beads, meringue kisses, starfish, and mermaid fondant.
Baking our first cake from scratch – ang hirap pala! Forgive the icing but we’re happy how it turned out!
How would you rate our creation from 1/10? Hahahaha!
