I’ve finished my all time favorite In2it liquid eyeliner so I thought it’s a good time to open up a new one from my drawer when I realized I still haven’t opened my Dolly Wink Liquid Pencil Eyeliner!
Php 699.75
The shorter one is the pencil
It features a Liquid Eyeliner in deep black and a pencil eyeliner in black. This pack is a limited edition product. I was really excited to open it up cause it’s Dolly Wink. It’s where I usually get my falsies! The brand is produced and endorsed by Japanese gyaru model, Tsubasa Masuwaka, and is known for it’s distinctive cute packaging and feminine colour palette.
I’m starting off with the liquid liner which has a precise and smooth tip. The flow of ink was consistent and did not skip nor splotch at all while I was using it. The ink dries instantly and did not smudged at all. My only problem here is that it itches on my skin which tends me to rub it off in the middle of the day.
On the other hand, the pencil has a creamy crayon tip which doesn’t need to be pressed down too hard or drag across the skin. Smudging it off on the lower lash line for a smoky effect is easy but somewhat clumpy, leaving small waxy bits behind.
The pencil eyeliner gives a matte finish while the liquid pen is glossy. You can use only one product create your preferred makeup look or use both to create a better effect. See the difference here:
Its design is really cute but I see no real reason to spend the money on this eyeliner. It irritates my skin for some reason. My in2it is still the best because of its longevity and felt tip, what can I do?
