Bingsu Time at Cafe SeolHwa

It’s Bingsu time! Off we went to Cafe SeolHwa for our Korean dessert fix. ‘Bingsu’ is a popaular ice shaving dessert in Korea with toppings such as chopped fruits, red beans or small chunks of cake.

Thanks Daphne for recommending this place. This cafe serves bingsu, croissant, toast,coffee and other beverages. Of course, we tried their bingsu!

Generous amount of toppings. Yay! We tried the Mixed Berry Bingsu. Strawberries, blueberries, and chunks of cheesecake – all our favorites in one bucket!

Mango Cheesecake Bingsu

For chocolate lovers out there, you have to try the Brownie Bingsu. You’d surely love the brownie chunks and the rich choco goodness of the ice shaving.
