Banila Co. Now in the Philippines!

Banila Co., the most multi-awarded Korean cosmetics brand, is now available in the Philippines! I saw this brand in Korea but I never bought any of their products because the price is definitely higher than many of the cosmetics in the area. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet my ‘pasalubong’ budget (so I ended up buying in Etude House and Shara Shara XD) but if I would buy cosmetics for myself, I’d definitely purchase it! Banila Co. products help women achieve the popular Korean “Lit from Within” look. Banila Co.’s primers, foundations, gel eyeliners, CC creams, make up cleansers, and the like have been lauded by the most prestigious beauty arbiters in the industry for its prestige quality, creative packaging, and disruptive innovation.

So, the event happened at the Marco Polo Hotel last November 23, 2015 as the “No. 1 base makeup brand” representing Asian beauty. The launch was graced by Banila Co. CEO Mr Chang Soo Kim, Chief Makeup Artist Mr. Kangpil Kim, and Managing Directors Cathryn and Jon Lim of All That Blush Trading Inc. The brand is endorsed by Korean actress/TV presenter Song Ji Hyo of the Running Man Variety show fame.
Guests were invited to finish a little quest wherein we had to take photos on their booths, try the gradient lip look and post on our social media accounts.

Here’s Shebby doing the Gradient Lip Look using Banila Co. Tinted Love Melting Balm and Tinted Love Water Tint.
From its humble beginnings in 2005, Banila Co. has grown rapidly in Korea and now has become the second best-performing Korean cosmetics brand in China. It now focuses its attention to South East Asia, headlined by concurrent launches in the Philippines and Taiwan.
Its Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm for instance, so captivated Korean beauty enthusiasts that they snapped up the product at a staggering rate of 1 cleanser for every 4.8 seconds.
I am also curious about their primer. Shebby mentioned that she really like their primer and she even order abroad to get it. Banila Co.’s Prime Primer, with its silky smooth texture and its potent ability to minimize the appearance of pores and fine lines, was adjudged by Get It Beauty, a Korean cable program that reviews the best cosmetic products in the market, as the best primer in the industry.
The company also boasts as having the first and only water-based CC cream in the market. The It Radiant CC Cream has been the bestselling CC cream in Korea for 3 years running. I can’t wait to try it!
There was also a makeup tutorial using Banila Co. products during the event.
And guests had a chance to ask makeup questions after that. One of their Korean makeup artist showed a demo on how to master the eyebrow makeup with Erikajjang as the model. 😉

Banila Co. opened its first store in Glorieta 4 last November 14. It will soon open its doors Robinson’s Place Manila and other prime malls in Metro Manila and key provinces.

    1. Me too! I can't wait to try their cc cream!

    2. I have their CC Cream already and I must say that it is really worth buying. Base on my experience my face looks glowing and flawless everytime I applied the product. Non greasy pa and no cakey feeling.

  2. This is what I've been waiting for. Hoping that they open a branch at SM Megamall.
