Fanny Serrano Two Way Cake Foundation
Fanny Serrano is a renowned make artist here in the Philippines and did makeup for Showbiz Stars. He launched his makeup line a couple of fews ago but I was able to try it yet until now. I was introduced to this foundation by a young makeup artist Beny Reginaldo. His reviews and constant use of this product for his work actually convinced me to try this too. He described this product as “lakas makaganda” foundation.
In Duchess shade
The powder is finely milled. It is easy to apply using a damp/dry sponge or a brush. For matte finish, use a dry sponge. To achieve a transparent look, dampen sponge. It could create from medium to full buildable coverage. Smells good too! Product is made by F21 Cosmetics from Taiwan.
It’s look very natural in photos and even in person. This is what I am using recently on my daily shopping and events. It really lasts long and does not cake too! Would you believe this product only cost P399.00? I highly recommend this two-way powder foundation! Definitely purchasing again 🙂
