One of the most exciting toy collaborations to pop up recently is the partnership between POP MART, the trending collectible toy brand, and Barbie, the iconic doll that has captured hearts for decades. This collaboration brings together two powerhouses in the toy and collectible industry to create something truly magical for fans of all ages!
The POP MART x Barbie collection features various Barbie dolls reimagined in different iconic eras. On the pink carpet, we have 1962 Silken Flame, The Original 1959 Barbie, and 1996 Jewel Hair Mermaid Barbie.
Totally Hair Barbie was from my era, but I never really into her style. I just don’t understand YET why collectors go so crazy over her. I enjoy Day-To-Night Barbie more, maybe because of her two-way outfit and added playability.
Not in a solo photo, but there’s 1975 Skier Barbie too. We also have representatives from the modern era like Jam n Glam, Ballet Wishes, and Barbie Extra.
I absolutely love the Happy Birthday and the Birthday Wishes lines, but I can’t stand that they made this one the “secret” or rare figure with only a 1/108 chance of getting it! Why???
I just wish they also released more AA (African American) in this collection. I love Christie! Personally, I prefer actual Barbie dolls over figurines, and the only one I’d really want to get here is the secret doll, since it’s from the line I truly collect. What do you think?
