Last weekend, I dropped by SMX Convention at SM AURA for Filipinaz Fair 2016. I was so excited to check some of the items in my Christmas list! And of course, the tita in me strikes again! Yes, this is how we shop but most importantly, we shopped for a cause and we helped our local artisans.
One of my favorite booths is Vivo Handmade! They have lots of crochet dolls and handwoven bags to choose from which are so fit for the Holiday season.
Did you know that this trendy handbag is made from recycled plastic?
And pearls! Haha you know me well! All these beautiful pearls of the orient are from Yerovi Jewelry.
Banig bags are easy picks as Christmas gifts. Take a look at this trendy collection from Island Girl.
Adding up a tassel is a style hack to make any bag look amazing. How about these fantastic bag charms from Anectote.
Can’t take my eyes off this fuchsia clutch bag from Decena Collection.
Everything from Les Fleurs is LOVE.
And I am deeply amazed with Charming Baldemor’s works. From wood carving displays to wooden clutch bags!
And lovely fans for your family and friends by Casa Mercedes.
They also have something for your home such as wooden furniture from R.U. Garcia Furniture.
I also love the finely-woven textiles from Kabayan Weaving Arts and Crafts. Everything from Benguet.
They have a booth for supporting VillarSipag Farm School which teaches farming crops, training on livestocks and aquaculture, selling and marketing.
All proceeds from the fair will be used to further the many women-empowering projects of Zonta Club of Makati & Environs such as Empowering Women Scholarship Program, psychological care for sexually abused children, NO to Early Marriage and Teenage Pregnancy Advocacy, and many more. The fair also helps us to continue serving the many disadvantaged women and children thru our once a year fund raiser. So make sure to support this event every year!
Shout out to all my friends and co-bloggers who supported the event. Thanks a lot!
