Acne attacked me once again. 🙁 I really hated visiting the derma but I had to, to treat my pimples and clear my face from whiteheads and blackheads. If you’ve seen me recently, you’d probably saw the horror. I know I should visit my derma regularly but my work doesn’t allow me to. Really piled up with work.
Since it can’t be helped, I had to visit the nearest derma which is Diana Stalder. Located at the lower ground level of Gateway Mall. Had the usual facial treatment with pricking. In fairness to the tools and towels that they use, everything looks very clean. Since it is located at the lower ground floor, the place is also peaceful and relaxing. I didn’t have to walk around the mall bare-faced either.
The therapist was very careful with my skin and asked me from time to time if the pricking was just fine.
After that, I tried their Casmara Masks. They have different types of Casmara mask available depending on your skin type. I think the one that the therapist used on me was the Reaffirming Mask which is especially indicated for combination, oily and even acneic skin just like mine.
It absorbs oil and other skin impurities leaving skin detoxified and moisturized! It felt so thick yet so cool! This menthol mask is now one of my favorites. Hope I could also do it at home!
Here’s how I looked after the treatment. You could still see some red spots due to pricking but felt way better! Thanks Diana Stalder! Right now, my acne is subdued, but definitely still an issue. Watch out for my next entry to see what product I used to control these stubborn pimples!
