It gives a smooth and good coverage to blemished skin and covers eyebags quite well. It is still lightweight, non-sticky and has a powdery finish. It won’t totally cover under eye bags and red/dark spots but it does a big difference.

I’ve tried the reformulated foundation at the store and was surprised to know that it still works the same! Love love love the scent and the staying powder of this one. Must go back to this one very soon.
