It has a mild fruity scent and a thin consistency that I really like. With a little amount, it lathers up quickly. It gives my hair a squeaky clean feeling, no extreme hair fall while shampooing but it doesn’t make my hair soft and smooth so I need to use the conditioner daily. After using conditioner for a week, my hair looked better but it was still dull so I thought I shouldn’t miss the masque once a week as well. 

Conditioner shouldn’t be skipped to see good results and use the masque to maintain smoothness of the hair. In my opinion, Fiberstrong did control my hair fall compared to other shampoos I had used (especially Dove ugghh). I should know cause I clean the bathroom and my room most of the time and I haven’t noticed so much hair on the floor recently. As for the smoothness, I think the effect still varies on your hair type and scalp. Mine is worse so a trip to the salon for a major treatment is probably what I really need now if I want to bring back that shine.

I still like this set as it’s paraben free and controls hair fall effectively!
