Finally, me and Eton had the time to use the gift certificates from Dermclinic we’ve got from a press con. I’ve been hearing a lot of good feedback about their services and I wanted to try it myself so I was really happy to finally visit their branch at Megamall, 5th floor Mega A. So last Sunday, we went there to inquire if we could use a single GC worth P2000 for the two of us. The receptionist asked her co-workers about it and she said ‘Yes’. She even recommended services that we could have in order for us to maximize the GC. She said we can only book on a weekday so we set an appointment on Friday afternoon.
But last Friday, when we arrived there, their staff told us that a single GC cannot be used by 2 persons. Oh sad. We even confirmed about that before using it. So I tried to call Ms. Charrize. Ms. Charrize confirmed that a single GC is only good for 1 person. She apologized for what happened but Im glad that the whole Dermclinic team resolved the problem quickly and accommodated us on the same date!
The clinic is comparable to a doctor’s clinic lounge. They also have an LCD TV for waiting customers. The whole place is very tidy and everyone looks very professional. Instead of the usual “spa” background music, they have up to date tracks playing. 🙂
The basic medical facial treatment is P395. You can choose to have add-ons like Galvatic Eye Treatment (which we availed), Pore Minimizer, Anti-Wrinkle, etc. for only P100 each. And another P100 if you’d like to have facial masks after. I had a Total Rejuvenating Facial (P695) with Acne Treatment (P1000). Total Rejuvenating Facial is their best-seller 45-minute procedure that cleanses, firms, tones and relaxes the skin to achieve that refreshed and youthful glow. What I really like about Dermclinic is that, they have professional dermatologists.

It’s a bit expensive but of course you get what you pay for 🙂 Excellent customer service and effective medical based facial therapies! Will definitely go back and recommend Dermclinic to everyone!
