A Breadtalk Experience

One of my favorite places to meet with my friends is at Breadtalk, Gateway Mall. A cup of hot coffee and breads make it a perfect bonding time with them. My favorites are California Flosss, Hot Chic Flosss, well, basically all bread Flosss! The place is just so peaceful and very inviting. The brightly lit store and itโ€™s heavenly aroma of baked goods is definitely attractive.

With good friends Ian and Beny at Breadtalk, Gateway Cubao

Three days ago, I’ve visited their 18th store at Market Market, which opened last February 15, to meet Ms. Aina and Cathy of the Breadtalk team here in the Philippines. We’ve chatted about Flosss Monsters, different breads and cakes, and their soon to open branches here in the Philippines! I am really excited about this  year’s expansion of Breadtalk here in our country.

Breadtalk, Ground Floor Market Market

The place is definitely an all day hot shot. There were so many customers lining up every minute so expect a lot of freshly baked bread everywhere! You just simply grab a tray and a tong and pick any baked good in the display cases and bring your breads to the cashier to pay. The staff will ring up your pastries and box them up nicely for you.
Their signature โ€˜see thruโ€™ baking areas allow pastry chefs to showcase their expertise right in front of your eyes. I really want to learn how to bake so watching bakers make breads and cakes is really amusing for me! They also offer Danish bars here at Market Market. Sooo delicious~ You should definitely try it!

Breadtalk Market Market has an attractive window display too! This is very rare for a bakeshop and it looks really good!

I was one of the lucky few to snap photos around and take home yummy breads and a cake from the store! I wanted to try a little bit of everything but my mouth is watering everytime I see any flosss buns. I am so addicted to those!
Thank you so much Ms. Aina and Ms. Cathy for this wonderful and delicious experience at the Breadtalk. The breads and cake were really yummy! That is soo sweet of you :> I’ll have to share it with you guys on my next entry soon!

  5. they have a store at Ayala Center and SM Cebu ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. Yes, what's your favorite? ๐Ÿ™‚

  7. From the look of those breads, it's tasty and delicious! I also agree with you that it's rare for a bakeshop to have an open window that everyone can see. I might check them out here at SM Fairview.

  8. I love the cheese floss at Breadtalk and the sunflower bread.. the one with almonds nuts and butter ( I don't know if I got the name right hehe).ย

  15. I love breadtalk! they're always soo many people lining up everytime i get the chance to pass by! BUT soo worth the wait ๐Ÿ™‚ Btw, why are there naked mannequins in their storefront?ย

  16. So cool that they have mannequins on their display window, they make the bread seems so fashionable! haha! I love breadtalk too but I'm currently addicted to tous les jours.ย

  17. I like the see-through baking area concept. It's a way for customers to be assured that breadtalk is following all the regulations (sanitation). I'm quite iffy with the food I eat. I want to make sure that the food was properly prepared and was prepared in a clean environment. So this place is perfect for me.

  18. I wanna learn how to bake too! I bet those bread are yummy. I'm drooling. :/
