Happy Pepero Day!

Wow, Etude House Philippines just announced that they’d be celebrating Pepero Day here in our country! For every P1000 worth of Etude House products, they’d be giving a free Pepero box starting November 11, 2011.

For those who are clueless, Pepero is a cookie stick, usually dipped in chocolate syrup, just like the product Pocky from Japan.

Pepero day is a celebration every Novemeber 11 (11.11 – since it resembles four sticks of Pepero) , similar to Valentines Day. People, especially the young ones and couples, exchange Pepero sticks and candies as gifts to wish one another to grow as tall and slender as Pepero.
